And in at least one of these encounters, the policemen where actively trying to provocate and start riots... We have also seen different "preventive arrests" based on this very law... It is along the lines of no one is allowed to wear a mask in public unless they are by themselves or on the way to or from a masquerade party. Ridiculous.
